A cleaner taking a call can capture a lead in seconds, then use the Slot Finder to match that new enquiry to the best day and area based on postcode proximity, existing round capacity, and cycle alignment — no heavy setup, no desktop, no complex calendar juggling. It then automatically calculates recurring visit dates from the last clean and the agreed frequency, so future visits appear on the round without manual entry.

Tap-a-Round also handles the day-to-day running of a round: today's and tomorrow's job lists, WhatsApp reminder deep-links sent to customers ahead of a visit, payment status tracking on completion, customer records, job history, and a simple analytics view of round value and growth. A built-in free trial lets new users validate the workflow with up to fifty customers before subscribing to a monthly or annual plan.
